Not the biggest thing given *gestures all around* but despite Trader Joe’s claiming on its pack of delicious frozen mangoes that they are the “world’s number one consumed fruit,” FAOSTAT shows that mangoes are *sixth* in production volume behind bananas, watermelons, apples, grapes, and oranges. 🤷♂️
