So we're building both.
Today, we took the next step toward creating a brand-new library and more than 200 affordable homes at the New Utrecht Library site in Brooklyn. Because public land should serve the public.

I just wrapped up a manuscript that described the Civil Rights Division helping to *de*segregate universities in Alabama and Mississippi, so it's more than a bit jarring to see the current head of the Civil Rights Division pushing things in the other direction.
