The anger and responsibility being placed on Lauren Edwards and the House of Commons to amend the Bill are misplaced The responsibility is squarely on the Lords to do their job properly this time, scrutinize and amend but not obstruct. Then put it to a vote

NEW: The Assisted Dying Bill is returning to Parliament this week. Labour MP Lauren Edwards will reintroduce it on Wednesday after coming 2nd in the private members’ ballot. “The process has been frustrated by a small minority”, she argues.
