My reminder to everyone on how to stay cool. We’re British so we need this explaining:
Keep your windows and blinds/curtains/shutters closed all day.
Open them all throughout the night.
Opening everything all day is not going to keep you cool. It just circulates the heat around your home.

Today is a mixed bag for me. I was lucky enough to have two amazing Dads, both of whom died in 2021.
Today also would have been my stepdad’s birthday, which is the same day he died suddenly, at his own birthday party.
We’re taking Mr Rows out for lunch so that should help.
