"Be with me, Beauty, for the fire is dying": in a twist on my game Poetry Serendipity, "On Growing Old" will send me to the library looking for more Masefield.
My main regret about my current apartment is that the den has no window, but it opens onto the main living area which has windows on two sides so it's not too cave like. OTOH it's true the street noise from my BR windows can be a lot even at night.
The new Tana French is $44. Jeebus. Definitely waiting for the paperback n this one!
Paperblanks puzzles are by far the most beautiful ones to do. They are all just gorgeous: the designs they choose but also the rich color palettes and the glimmers of gold and silver.
