2/2 Roast poblanos until blackened. Cover & steam for 10 mins, then peel away the skin & remove the seeds. Add the poblanos,cilantro,garlic,lime juice,olive oil,water, salt, pepper & honey to a blender. Blend until smooth. Add water as needed until it’s thin enough to drizzle. Enjoy!
