And the joy between the Americans and our visitors, it's reminding me that my country is kind and goofy and beautiful. We're under bad management right now, but the average residents are welcoming and loving. Seeing us share our typical hospitality on a global scale is special.
Here's my hot take of the day: Trinket trading boxes on the street are just geocaching for people who are afraid to lose a game. Like half of the fun of geocaching is that there is a risk of potential failure. Humans crave a tiny bit of risk, that's why sports betting is insane right now.
Considering my friend group in school called ourselves the HGGs (Hot Girl Gamers), I think this thread should be required reading.
I also think that trinkets can be things that crows would bring you. Like a particularly fun shaped rock or an antique marble. It doesn't just have to be plastic toys.

Watching videos of folks from all over the world come over for the World Cup experience little USA culture tidbits is warming my soul. Like getting a deli sandwich, visiting a southern Waffle House, the Bosnians meeting each other in St. Louis, Europeans on long road trips, it's so so sweet.
I legitimately cannot stop thinking about these three. They looked so fun and silly and free. What's their story, what's the vibe? Someone tell them how delightful this was to see
