AS THE SEDDIO TURNS: On Wednesday afternoon, Frank Seddio took this "it wasn't me" defense one remarkable step further: He claimed that someone else had repeatedly filed legal paperwork using his login credentials without Seddio's knowledge.
On the stand Wednesday, the Brooklyn Democratic Party power broker suggested that his client—recently arrested on a federal wire fraud charge—may have made the court filings using Seddio’s attorney log-in credentials without his knowledge.
