How is that legal? He makes decisions that impact the resources (financial or otherwise) that that spin-off benefits from.
Ah, surprise, surprise. Our VC's second job at a UoE spin-off *is* paid after all. We'd like to know since when, and why his SFC declaration of interests has only recently been updated.
