Almost got caught out by a google adsense phishing email today so anyone who has one of those accounts keep an eye out.
I don't think the modern zelda games are bad but they have so little of what appealed to me about the classic zelda format that I just don't care about them.
Specifically I almost got caught because I got a new bank card this month so an email telling me my payment method had changed was semi-plausible.

I'm kinda eh on the idea of an Ocarina of Time remake, but the one thing that would actually piss me off is if they decide to make it in the modern BotW/TotK style with weapon degradation etc.
Remember when you could just enjoy shit without worrying about this sort of thing? Actually me neither because its been going on in some form for most of my lifetime.
Ok after 3 days of failing around I finally have it straight enough in my head to work with.
In related news I sure do love living in a society where there's a 90% chance that engaging in a popular fad will result in something awful 5-10 years down the line.
I'm aware that I'm the odd man out in that I thought the classic zelda format was still mostly fine, they just made a couple of creatively meh games in a row and also got caught up in the motion control bollocks.
