JUST IN: America’s emergency oil reserve has fallen to its lowest level since 1983. That’s less than half of its total storage capacity. In 2009, the reserve peaked at 727 million barrels. Today, it holds 340 million.
Housing costs have outpaced wage growth for decades. In the 80s homes cost 3x income. Now it's 5x. The housing market is broken.
