Whenever I read about an #IPO that "pops" on its first day of trading, I wonder why they didn't use a Dutch auction to set the initial price. The cynical answer is probably the true one.
Of all the possibilities I've listed above, I think Loops is the most likely. People seem to love short-form video, I don't think there's much lock-in to current platforms, and Loops is a serious attempt to do TikTok, but better.
