Starting July 17, all IELTS score reports will have a big Ofqual logo on them. I guess this is part of the "Action Plan" that Cambridge agreed to.

IELTS Test Report Forms are changing from 17 July. Existing TRFs remain valid, but eligible test takers can request an updated version.
