A rural Minnesota city erred when it skipped an extensive environmental review for a proposed 500,000-square-foot data center project, the Minnesota Court of Appeals ruled Monday.
Judges sided with the Minnesota Center for Environmental Advocacy, which said the city did not require enough review of Archer Datacenters’ plan.
