Editing is a lifelong process of learning. For instance, in today's fiction copyedit, I just had to look up the words "crustache" and "lowkenuinely." Am I out of touch? No, it's the children who are wrong... #amediting
My site (jesshaskins.com, which also hosts the NYCIG and GEN pages) has been down for the past three days because of Meta's AI crawler overloading my allotted Cloudflare worker requests. Found and turned on the blocker, hopefully it'll be back up when my quota resets tomorrow. Ain't AI grand?
