Requiring unpaid work off the clock.
Failing to provide accurate wage statements.
Denying sick leave.
Failing to keep accurate records of the hours of work.

THIS MORNING: McDonald’s workers are on strike due to excessive heat - temps in the kitchen reached 98.2 degrees and management claimed they didn't know how to turn on the air conditioner!
