This budget amendment just failed in a 6-6 tie. Councilors Avalos, Dunphy, Green, Kanal, Koyama Lane, Morillo voted yes. Councilors Clark, Novick, Pirtle-Guiney, Ryan, Smith, Zimmerman voted no.
