The artist name of the mascot is Chevi, but I don't see a name for the mascot herself. Kumoricon still runs a mascot contest as of 2026, which is nice.

iirc, kumori means cloudiness, which is fitting for Portland
It's honestly amazing how much of Raijin's catalog has not only been license rescued in right now... but 4 of them are happening all at once right now! Baki, City Hunter, Legend of Keiji, & Slam Dunk (just got a new release announced). Fist of the North Star is also still in print & complete.

Mamotte Shugogetten also got a second chance in the late 00s by TokyoPop, so that makes 6 out of 15 titles from Raijin Comics (that are listed on Wikipedia, at least) that have been given second chances after Gutsoon died. Sadly, the only one remote still plausible now would be Fist of the Blue Sky
