I was at the public pool for toddlers, it's like 2.5 ft deep. I saw this 18ish month old baby swimming and kind of floundering really red face so I walk over and stand him up and go 'you ok?' and he starts cry-screaming. The dad two steps away puts his phone in his pocket and picks the kid up. And
