My guess is that he is just going to keep talking about the wars he ended every time journalists ask about Ukraine.
For those of you not from the RI area, Gaspee Days is a celebration of the 1772 burning of the HMS Gaspee, a hated British schooner enforcing the Navigation Act (taxation). The parade is as big as the 4th. It starts with a 5k, over 2000 runners. The cheers to take our country back at
the start were overwhelming. The sentiment in this country is rapidly solidifying against this regime.

When an institution changes a name…removes a name or restores a name the visible action is rarely the story.
The story…is the ongoing contest over identity…legitimacy…and control of the narrative.
