I will take a break from worrying about Platner to note that Collins ducked a question about whether she regrets voting for Kavanaugh. Her sanctimonious speech that day led me to say - at that moment, as we listened during a show on WBUR in Boston - that I was done with the GOP.
Ridiculous.
