Same like saliva or sweat trails, just with a yellowish tone. Darken/Multiply Layer for Base, Normal Layer for Gloss and if you fancy you can add Shadow to the Base with another Multiply Layer to give more depth.
That's at least how I would do it. I really need to do a piss gpose at some point, hehe
