I’m not at MCM Birmingham so I’m not afraid to say in public that they’ve been charging some retailers an extra £170 for event insurance,some that have their own insurance and obviously ticked the box saying they don’t require it. It’s not on the itemised bill. If you’re an MCM vendor LOOK INTO THIS
PSA for anybody signing up to Picarto - Picarto has no customer support and the site seems to be dying. I've been trying to get support for over half a year. Picarto is completely unresponsive. Their stream quality has also become incredibly delayed, slow, and stops completely quite frequently.
As a heads up, my email and accounts associated with Doc Wolverine have been compromised.
I'm working on getting control back but am sorely tempted to just shut them down afterward. A fresh start feels nice
