Taken the damn painkillers, after 4 very broken hours last night, I think it’s sensible to take painkillers when in pain and exhausted.

Super dizzy, breathless and faint, BUT I made it out of bed briefly to start decorating one side of my wheels! And tried on some new Shark compression socks (Mako approves!)
