Doctor Who fans, help?
I vividly remember an episode where everyone in the world is unable to resist getting a free cell phone. Soon everyone has them. And then bad things happen.
Am I misremembering? Was it not Doctor Who? Google and DW episode lists are failing me.
I’m freaking out.
I spent quite a bit of time playing a PS5 game (borderlands 4). For several months. And over the last week, I’ve been crocheting up a storm on a hexagranny cardigan.
This morning, my right hand was numb. One of the 2 hands I had fixed with carpal tunnel surgery 10 years ago.
Half-assed PT eval diagnosed carpal tunnel (aaaagh) and dequervain’s. Going to a new PT Tuesday for (hopefully!) more than just a cursory set of tests and a 5-minute laser session.
Google reviews lie.
Take care of your hands and writer, folx. I’m going stir crazy trying to rest mine. 🤦🏻♀️
I didn’t really get any warning that this was coming during this time of probable overuse. I never imagined I would have a numb hand again and it’s been really bad all day.
I’ve done nothing but rest it today. Icing it did no good. Does anybody in the med or PT field have any advice?
