I have no reason to be upset or emotional but my body and mind are pushing me to be. I am doing many things to combat it but days like this make me realize all I can do is sabotage myself if I build myself high enough.

I was able to play a TTRPG called Delta Green yesterday, basically SCP of the Call of Cthulu world. It was very fun! I am happy I am trying out new things and actually having a good time with them!
Chrono is doing very well after surgery! I think my anxiety can finally calm down!
Been playing Blood on the Clocktower on VR Chat and having a great time! Some lovely people and everyone is so kind, and I can be my corgi balloon self as well! Hopeful for more great games in the future!
