having a bit of a stressful day today so i've cleared off my schedule for the rest of the day to just do whatever and relax and have fun and play.
and this isn't even me saying that i think they will solve all of my problems. i am just happy that advocating for myself finally moved things forward for me and that i can finally try something that isn't cycling through the same bipolar meds because i apparently maxed out my disability checklist
FTR, this wasn't a ten year long fight for a diagnosis. it was a ten year long fight for an ASSESSMENT. because everyone i have seen before would argue that i would have been diagnosed with ADHD as a child if i had it or because they would attribute my symptoms to anxiety or something else.
and can't possibly have ANYTHING ELSE beyond the gifted string of disorders and chronic illnesses i've been forced to accept.
