I'm sorry, but this confuses two very different things. Locking kids indoors is not the same as making the street safe for them. What your government proposes is a bandaid which will not fix the problem, will encourage teenagers to evade the law, & shifts the burden from tech companies to Canadians.

This $91 million could have been spent on building 3 schools, or 4 senior homes, or emergency rooms, hiring doctors or nurses.
