My 15 year old son baked a loaf of bread from scratch by himself today while we were at work and I am *so* proud of him!
Needed some live music with friends so went to see some live music with friends. Totally the right call.

Looked around the meeting today and realized that, once again, in a sea of black and blue and gray, I stand alone in color. Pink gingham today because it’s 89°.
In the last hour I got beans cooking, made homemade biscuits, cut and washed and arugula for tonight’s dinner, watered the garden, and read a chapter of a book. Next up: breakfast and a run, then I’m relaxing all afternoon at the pool. 😎
