This person is clearly a kook but I want to say something about this. Cooking food - like applying heat - is likely what makes us human. Why? Because the human body requires a lot of calories. And eating food raw we can't access all of the calories in a food. Cooking food releases calories.

& kill the natural healthy structures within milk also. You know, some people eat raw meat and fish without applying any heat, often in fine dining, and across cultures.
