Advice requested from senior academics: I'm being approached once in a while (two recently) to supervise PhDs, and I would like to and have capacity, but do not currently have HEI status. Anyone knows a work around? (I'm open to e.g. affiliated status for this!)

Endnote 2025: it takes about 1 minute to insert 1 reference in a completely new, clean, empty document. 11 minutes for 6 references in a very large document. I miss Endnote X9 😥

I think we really should stop using antifa and just fully say anti-fascist and get them saying they are against anti fascism. Using antifa is giving them some distance and I genuinely think some of their base don’t even know that’s what it stands for.
