Islamic State decided to claim the attack on security forces HQ in Raqqa city. They also provide the same numbers Syrian MOI and Reuters said earlier, *4 dead and wounded*, which fits to 1 killed and three wounded. #Syria

1 killed from security forces and a few wounded, both IS bombers killed in what was a largely botched attempt of a much bigger plan. IS themselves hasn't yet claimed the Raqqa attack, though they may later or in Naba on Thursday.
