Conamara again for another Irish #painting. "Coill Sáile" was painted because I love south Connemara, and I love stone walls, and seeing this scene from a bicycle had me in a very happy place. #SpéirGhorm #ArtYear #Scape
@thatbilloakley.bsky.social joins @seanbaby.bsky.social and @brockway.bsky.social today in the DoggzZone to discuss the drug addled hokum that was H.R. Pufnstuf. on.soundcloud.com/LgufVVxDfFJg...
A west of Ireland #painting. "Cottages, Bay" was one of a series of 8 miniature paintings I did in this style some years back. I painted them because I like shape, and I like paint, and I like being alone under the sky by the sea. But then I imagine everybody does. #SpéirGhorm #ArtYear #Art
A #painting from the northwest of Ireland. "Donegal Town" was painted because the Diamond is a great space. As it happens, I feel the painting also captures well my love of the motor vehicle.

A Dublin #painting. Always loved "Parkgate Street I", as my gateway into the city centre however I'm travelling, plus I'm partial to a pint there in Ryan's. I also like the (relatively) new Criminal Courts building and how it dwarfs the older buildings. #SpéirGhorm #UrbanGaze #ArtYear
Have another Irish #painting. "Glenbrook II" was the second time I painted the Cork Harbour village. Put houses in a row and I'm gonna be tempted to paint them. Then again, given the state of the country, just put houses somewhere - they don't even have to be in a row. #SpéirGhorm#ArtYear
