BREAKING: Rockstar has been dealt a blow in its legal battle against workers who claim they were fired for unionising.
A UK employment tribunal has upheld the right of union workers to bring blacklisting claims against the studio at the final trial, which will begin on September 10.
The decision means fired union workers will be able to bring blacklisting claims against the studio at trial later this year.
