Last week’s Women’s Rough Sleeping Census data launch shows that there were 10 times as many women identified as rough sleeping in certain areas, in comparison to official government statistics from the Rough Sleeping Snapshot.

We were honoured to welcome Her Majesty Queen Camilla to St Mungo's today, in a collaboration with The Queen’s Reading Room.
Joined by author Elif Shafak, Her Majesty met with people involved in a project exploring how reading can support recovery for people who have experienced homelessness.
At St Mungo’s, we have long understood the link between homelessness and mental health.
Yesterday, we ran a panel event exploring how mental health challenges can increase vulnerability to homelessness, and this itself can intensify mental health needs.
