Hmm... She's harder to ragebait than she thought. She hasn't had this much trouble antagonizing someone since Dizzy before she was a queen.
"I was thinking more like a battle of the bands. One on one. Working with someone was never really my style, or for someone, for that matter."
I-No
"Not entirely! I have a few bandmates, but they tend to not really be able to travel as much as me, so I guess I am a solo act about, say, 3/4s of the time?"
Elphelt leans on her rifle, smiling at I-No, the hostility in the tone lost on her.
"Awh, thank you! You're so sweet! Maybe we can duet?"
"Oho, now that's interesting."
I-No stood back up, slinging her guitar around her body properly.
"Remind me, aren't you a solo act? That's pretty impressive for a girl of your skill and experience."
She said the last part with a little bit of hostility, but not enough to make it sound intentional
I-No
"Speothos Venaticus! Not whatever mumbo jumbo words you made up, you big goob! And, if you MUST know, yes, I've been doing some promotions, and I made a TON of new buddies! I even performed for a private show! People here seem to really like me."
She said this all with a bubbly, excited smile. :)
"Oh, nevermind~ your innocent love has its own perks. So, what brings you around these parts, hm?"
I-No bent over on her guitar, putting her hands on the head and resting her own head on it right after.
"Trying to promote your Sophocles Ventricle band? If so, this isn't the worst place to try."
I-No
"Up and coming, not 'wanna-be', you big meanie!"
Elphelt snickered, gently nudging I-No's elblow.
"I'm afraid to even ask what you mean by that last part."
