I’ve not had a smooth transition changing banks. The DRV ignored the automatic request to update & didn’t tell me I had to make the request direct. Spent 1hr in Hh office & instead my old details were deleted w/o new ones being updated 🤦♀️. Still waiting for this month’s € to be deposited 😑…
