This is for every loser who has ever spoken about "pro-Russian Ukrainian separatists". THIS is one of those "separatists" - a RUSSIAN ARMY GENERAL admitting that RUSSIAN FORCES deliberately killed civilians ON HIS ORDERS in Ukraine in 2014. And he is still inciting genocide today.
