When I opened Q in 2012 the min. wage in Washington was $9. We opened paying $15hr knowing Seattle was gonna bump it to 15 in 2014. All my fellow bar owners were PISSED at me....because all their employees wanted to work for me & I only needed to charge 25 cents extra a drink to offset that $6.
