According to the book Regime Change, Donald Trump repeatedly called Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick a "pussy" after Lutnick initially pushed back on Trump's tariff plans.
The book says Lutnick eventually embraced the insult, allegedly referring to himself as Trump's "$25 billion pussy."
