Shepherd’s Governing the Feminist Peace is an engagement with, and evaluation of, the complexities of the Women, Peace, and Security (WPS) agenda 25 years into its tenure by two scholars who have been at the forefront of its study over much of that time. It argues that previous research on WPS has several shortcomings that get in the way of scholars having a full picture of the agenda’s complexities.
