Bush created the DHS, which is now being used as Stormtroopers, used 9/11 as an excuse to start two wars, created an agency known for feeling you up at the airport and taking your toothpaste away, authorized torture, and used the PATRIOT act to violate a host of civil rights. No credit owed.
