What do we know about oseltamivir's activity against human neuraminidases? Is there variation in human NA function / expression? Do we know much about role of human NA in acute infection?

98% probability of harm. More than enough to abandon oseltamivir in this setting. And to think we have been prescribing this based on observational data for years. Primum non nocere.
