I like this small lil guy from #pathfinder2e High Seas. It's a flotsam horror and it's undead by proxy of being an amalgam of souls that were trapped in the debris of a tragedy at sea.
It's lv4 but has some abilities you might not be used to seeing around that level like a swarm mode.
