This is not the news. The National government is letting big polluters dictate our laws and is attempting to create plausible deniability about it. That is the news. This is not the news.

Last year I was job hunting and one of the potential employers wanted me to experiment with building a website from scratch using AI.
And so I did.
And so I laughed.
I laughed and laughed.
AI cannot build websites.
I've been trying to figure out what makes me uncomfortable about The Opportunity Party in spite of some of their decent-sounding policies.
I think it comes down to this:
I've been fighting for a long time.
Softball interviews and glamour shots don't inspire me.
I want to see fire, not a startup.
