First felon has been pardoning evil, cruel, sadistic, violent felons since his first day in office. There r always campaign contributions or outright bribes & kickbacks involved. In 1 case someone looking at decades in prison contributed 2 bill to a Taco crypto scam. It pays taco $30 million a year.
When I think of these people I frequently think of Zuckerberg musk and teal. I could totally see them holding up a bottle of elixir in front of a bunch of Goldminers in 1849 California. “This will turn your hair brown again make you 20 in the sack and attract women like nobody’s business. Only $5!”
I believe charges could be filed in these cases. No limiting language was placed upon the president’s pardon power, but given the obvious bribes, kickbacks, & quid pro quo, I believe many courts would find first felon guilty as charged, guilty as hell. Anyway, the cases shd be prosecuted.
The biggest difference between those guys in 1849 & the ones now is that these guys get billion dollar subsidies from big Brother to sell the snake oil.
