UPDATE: In defense of a Georgia anti-voting law, the RNC argues SCOTUS' Callais ruling requires pro-voting groups to prove intentional discrimination to challenge rules that toss ballots over minor errors.
This is the first time the ruling has been applied to voting cases outside of redistricting.
