I have a small sad truth about oregon custom plates for you that I learned when I moved here:
I assume because the default plate format is "### LLL", you are not allowed to choose a custom plate formatted like "### LLL" or "LLL ###", which prevented me from securing my coveted plate idea "SPC 700"
