I have fired clients who use AI to communicate/double check my work. But, my current bane are litigious pro se parties/codefendants using AI to paper you with Motions/filings that make little to no sense, arnt procedurally/substantively correct, but still require my clients to pay to me respond.

I sympathize that some clients use AI to organize their thoughts, but as a whole, I find clients using AI to draft their communications to me to be more of a barrier than a help to clear communication, because AI tends to throw in lots of chaff and inaccuracies that cause confusion.
