Oxfordshire fire crews are asking people to reduce wildfire risk in the heatwave. Specifically they advise:
-Don’t discard lit cigarettes or throw them from your car
-Take rubbish home as glass bottles reflect the sun's rays and start a fire on dry grass
-Never leave a lit barbecue unattended
